IHC Services

Caerus is here to support your proof-of-concept work with advanced immunohistochemistry (IHC) services

Caerus provides immunohistochemistry (IHC) services for your antibody and desired tissue type. We use direct HRP conjugates of your antibody to improve the quality of the stain, reducing background and improving both sensitivity and specificity. Clients provide >0.5 mg of antibody and indicate the commercially available tissue microarray or cells to be stained, and we will produce the IHC report and images. We use isotype controls to assess nonspecific staining, increasing confidence in our results.

In the IHC report and images, we provide:

  • Specificity and sensitivity, relative to adjacent normal tissue or to the isotype control.

  • For fluorescent IHC, colocalization of target antigens.

  • ROC analysis.

  • Expression distribution and quantification.

  • Collage of relevant images in varying formats (.tif, .png, .jpg, etc.)

The Caerus cell-based assay service is fully customizable

We work with you to identify the model and build a study around your test article. We offer:
